DELTA STATE HEALTH INSURANCE SCHEME ON TRACK- DG

Image result for HEALTH SCHEMEAs part of its commitment towards quality Health Care the Delta state government has entered into partner ship with  Servier International to provide  hypertension and diabetes medicine.

Speaking on Friday at a seminar and workshop organized for professional medical practitioners in Effurrun, Director general of the Delta state health insurance scheme Dr Ben Nnkechika retreated government's s resolve to provide quality and accessible basic healthcare for Deltans adding that efforts are currently being made to upgrade health centers across the state for the expected state health insurance scheme.
Earlier an executive of Servier International Mr. Eze Nwanko  who said diabetes and hypertension are not treated with the required seriousness asserted that the partnership will along way  in Dealing with issu across the state.

Rights Lawyer and former member of the All Progressive Congress APC, Robinson Ariyo says level of disorganization within the APC from the Delta State chapter to the National level is alarming. In an Interview in Warri ,Ariyo  said the party has not just disappointed Nigerians who voted it into power in 2015 but has also dragged the nation backwards. SSS DG REPLACEMENT: IYC SAYS IT IS SECTIONALISM TAKEN TOO FAR

The attention of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) worldwide have been drawn to multiple newspaper reports to the effect that the Presidency is shopping for the replacement of the new Director General of the State Security Services, Mr. Matthew Seiyefa as a result of some reforms embarked upon by the new SSS DG who was appointed less than one month ago.  It was also reported that the Presidency through the Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari has ordered Mr. Seiyefa in a letter dated August 30, 2018 to reverse some of the postings that were done and not to taken any further action towards repositioning the security agency without the approval of the Presidency.
