Premium Steel Commissioning: Gov Okowa is a developer - Akpojotor( NEWS+Video)


Following the the commissioning of the Premium Steel Company rolling mill, the member representing Delta Central on the Delta state waste management board, Sir Igho Akpojotor has described Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as a developer.

Speaking after the commissioning Akpojotor said Governor Okowa worked tirelessly withthe Assets Management Company AMCON as well as the ministry of mines and steel to ensure revival of the plant.

While reechoing the peaceful disposition of the Udu people towards investors he urged the company to heed the advise of the governor and ensure the host communities get what is due to them.
Akpojotor equally hailed the development strides of the governor in view of the massive construction going on across the stat's three senatorial districts.

Rights Lawyer and former member of the All Progressive Congress APC, Robinson Ariyo says level of disorganization within the APC from the Delta State chapter to the National level is alarming. In an Interview in Warri ,Ariyo  said the party has not just disappointed Nigerians who voted it into power in 2015 but has also dragged the nation backwards. SSS DG REPLACEMENT: IYC SAYS IT IS SECTIONALISM TAKEN TOO FAR

The attention of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) worldwide have been drawn to multiple newspaper reports to the effect that the Presidency is shopping for the replacement of the new Director General of the State Security Services, Mr. Matthew Seiyefa as a result of some reforms embarked upon by the new SSS DG who was appointed less than one month ago.  It was also reported that the Presidency through the Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari has ordered Mr. Seiyefa in a letter dated August 30, 2018 to reverse some of the postings that were done and not to taken any further action towards repositioning the security agency without the approval of the Presidency.
