Road Project:Ugbomro youths Exco hail Okowa, Oboro, Onoyake, advise other communities...

Following the successful completion of the Ugbomro and Okatata road,youths from the communities have hailed governor Ifeanyi Okowa and Hon. Evelyn Oboro for the  successful completion of the project.

Speaking during their thanksgiving service on Sunday ,newly re-elected president of the Ugbomoro and Okatata youths Mr. Solomon Okodaso disclosed that youths of the Communities never harassed or demand any money for the construction firm.


While promising to always work with the state and the Uvwie local government authorities to attract more projects and ensure security of lives and property ,he advised youths in the state to avoid driving away development from their area through unnecessary demands.

Meanwhile
A  People's Democratic Party PDP chieftain in Delta Central sir Igho Akpojotor on Sunday hailed Mr. Okodeso and his team describing their disposition as the beginning of a new Delta.

Rights Lawyer and former member of the All Progressive Congress APC, Robinson Ariyo says level of disorganization within the APC from the Delta State chapter to the National level is alarming. In an Interview in Warri ,Ariyo  said the party has not just disappointed Nigerians who voted it into power in 2015 but has also dragged the nation backwards. SSS DG REPLACEMENT: IYC SAYS IT IS SECTIONALISM TAKEN TOO FAR

The attention of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) worldwide have been drawn to multiple newspaper reports to the effect that the Presidency is shopping for the replacement of the new Director General of the State Security Services, Mr. Matthew Seiyefa as a result of some reforms embarked upon by the new SSS DG who was appointed less than one month ago.  It was also reported that the Presidency through the Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari has ordered Mr. Seiyefa in a letter dated August 30, 2018 to reverse some of the postings that were done and not to taken any further action towards repositioning the security agency without the approval of the Presidency.
